Easenmyne Employees achieves Investors In People Bronze award
Posted on August 15, 2017
Easenmyne foodservice has been accrediated under the Investors In People since 2011. The review was undertaking over a two day period and included one- to- one interviews with staff from all sections and levels within the organisation. A total of 28 additional evidence requirements were satisfied.
The report noted that staff feel that their contribution to the success of the company is recongised and valued. Many staff felt that “the company looks after its staff, seeing them as people rather than just staff members”. Our roots are embedded in a family ethos; we work closely together with the same goal in mind; to provide the best products and services we possibly can.
Peter Surcouf, Chairman said “This accrediation wouldn’t of been possible if we didn’t have the dedication and hardwork from our team. It really is a credit to everyone that we have secured the Bronze award. We now look forward to continuing to invest in our assets through training and mentoring programmes that are diarised from September onwards.”
Jackie Barrett said “Launched in 1991, IIP is the UK’s leading people management standard. The Investors in People Standard is awarded to well-run organisations, which demonstrate good management practice with a high emphasis on best practice people management and development. IIP assessment is based on staff interviews by an external assessor, which take place during an on-site visit."
