What is Customer Service Excellence?

Customer Service Excellence is a practical quality assurance framework for driving customer improvement within any type of organisation, bringing together professional, high level service concepts.

It is designed to operate on three different distinct levels:

→ As a driver of continuous improvement which assesses an organisation on their capability in relation to customer focussed engagement

→ As a skills development tool for individuals and teams within the organisation to acquire new skills in areas focused on customer service and engagement

→ As an independent validation of achievement, with organisations seeking formal accreditation to the Customer Service Excellence standard, demonstrating their competency and identifying key areas for improvement
