An apprenticeship involves undertaking a job role which is accompanied by training and the development of technical / essential and transferable skills. It is a way for people of all ages to ‘earn while they learn’, and to achieve a qualification as part of this. Apprentices must be aged 16 or over and be in paid employment for the duration of their apprenticeship.

TEAM LEADER / SUPERVISOR (LEVEL 3)

Who is it for?

Front Line manager, Junior Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader, Project Officer, Shift Supervisor, Foreperson, and Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

Supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources. Delivering operational plans, resolving problems, and building relationships.
