JACS have been involved with Investors in People for many years and this year we are considering going for our bronze level with the support of PPC. It is Jackie’s professional and friendly approach that have enabled us to look at the organisational needs and those of the team and this targeted approach we can manage the expectations of our clients as well as the team itself.
As learning and development is pivotal to ensure the team are fully up to date with changes in the legislation and remain confident in offering the advice and service JACS provides; the use of the Investors in People framework allows us to support enhancement of working practices and develop these whilst ensuring that the team all feel valued and recognised for the work they do.
